Executive - International Marketing

Job Description:

1) Main responsibility is to assist in customer delight process, with timely sales order entry, tracking the same for timely dispatch and after sales service.
2) Coordinate between various departments (logistics, finance, production) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
3) Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
4) Serve as the main point of contact for international clients for order updates, queries, and issue resolution.
5) Assist in pricing discussions, quotations, and contract management.
6) Maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers in different regions.
7) Prepare management reports and ensure internal and external deadlines are met.
8) Coordinate sales meetings, exhibitions, and international trade fairs pre & post activities.


Skills Required:
 Microsoft office, familiar of working with ERP and CRM softwares.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong coordination skills with cross functional departments
 Experience of working as sales coordinator (Additional advantage)
