Officer/ Executive - Design & Tool Room
Job Description:

Design and develop new products from concept to production, ensuring innovation, functionality, and manufacturability.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align product designs with customer requirements and business objectives.

Manage outsourcing of moulds by collaborating with domestic and international toolmakers; ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery.

Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all NPD activities, including design files, technical specifications, and change logs.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor products to support data-driven development decisions.

Convert 3D CAD models into accurate 2D technical drawings for tooling, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Support trial runs and provide technical input during mould testing and product validation phases.

Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer expectations throughout the NPD lifecycle.
