Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Generalist

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation.
  • Handle attendance, leave, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
  • Coordinate recruitment and manpower planning as per business requirements.

Contract Labour Management (CLMS)

  • Manage contract labour deployment across manufacturing units.
  • Ensure statutory compliance related to contract labour.
  • Coordinate with labour contractors for documentation, attendance, wage records, and compliance.
  • Monitor contractor performance and workforce productivity.

Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate audits related to HR and labour compliance.
  • Maintain statutory registers, licenses, and compliance documentation.
  • Liaise with government authorities whenever required.

MIS & HR Analytics

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
  • Develop dashboards for manpower, attrition, recruitment, absenteeism, overtime, and productivity.
  • Generate analytical reports to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Administration

  • Handle facility administration and vendor management.
  • Manage housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, and office administration.
  • Monitor administrative budgets and service quality.
  • Coordinate annual maintenance and administrative contracts.

AI & Digital HR Transformation

  • Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, and HR automation platforms to improve HR efficiency.
  • Develop AI-assisted HR processes, templates, dashboards, and workflow automation.
  • Drive digital initiatives for onboarding, documentation, employee communication, and HR analytics.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive HR and administrative activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR Generalist functions.
  • Hands-on experience in Contract Labour Management System (CLMS).
  • Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliances.
  • Excellent MIS reporting and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and HRMS/ERP systems.
  • Experience in AI tools for HR productivity and process automation.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualification

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or MSW (HR)
  • Additional certification in Labour Laws or HR Analytics will be an advantage.

Experience

  • 5–8 Years in HR & Administration within a Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Industrial organization.
