Executive Assistant – Manager, International Marketing

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive Support & Coordination

• Manage the daily schedule, travel plans, meetings, and correspondence of the International Marketing Head.

• Prepare MOMs, presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings with global clients and partners.

• Coordinate inter-departmental communications and ensure follow-up on key actions and decisions.

• Maintain confidentiality in handling business-critical information.

2. International Marketing & Client Management

• Support business development with international clients, including lead generation, proposal preparation, and client follow-ups.

• Liaise with overseas agents, distributors, and customers regarding pricing, documentation, and order status.

• Coordinate with internal teams (production, planning, logistics, finance) for export-related queries.

3. Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Assist in collecting and analyzing international market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.

• Prepare and share market research summaries with the senior team.

• Maintain CRM entries, customer records, sales data, and activity trackers.

4. Documentation & Export Support

• Assist in the preparation of quotations, tenders, commercial invoices, LC documentation, and export compliance records.
