Job Description:

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Associate Manager – Domestic Marketing to drive business growth through client engagement, technical sales, and relationship management. The role involves identifying new opportunities, managing existing clients, and delivering tailored technical solutions.


Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Client Engagement

  • Conduct regular site visits to new, inactive, and existing clients to generate business opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Identify potential leads and convert them into business

2. Sales Operations

  • Follow up on quotations and payments through calls and visits
  • Maintain accurate updates of sales activities in CRM systems (SFDC)
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking

3. Technical Sales & Pre-Sales Support

  • Develop strong product knowledge including specifications, features, and applications
  • Understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable solutions
  • Support proposal preparation, RFP responses, and technical discussions
  • Create and review basic engineering drawings or sketches

4. Solution Development

  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to develop customer-specific solutions
  • Assist in creating proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions where required

5. Product Demonstration & Training

  • Conduct product demonstrations, client presentations, and workshops
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings

6. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain updated product documentation and pricing details
  • Support development of technical sales materials

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams
  • Assist in training internal teams on product features and benefits

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Experience in sales and pre-sales support
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial products
